HPP CARE CDE, a California nonprofit certified HUD Approved consumer credit, debt and housing counseling agency, understands the challenges the average person faces when it comes to being overextended with debt. We are committed to educating consumers, with an emphasis on financial matters. Our certified HUD Approved housing counselors provide personal assistance through budget counseling, housing counseling and debt management strategies to lower credit card interest rates and monthly payments. It is unfortunate that in 2022 key skills regarding the management of household finances are lacking from traditional education. This leads many to learn these lessons the hard way, putting them in difficult positions from which it can be hard to recover. Our agency implements the latest multilingual technology while bridging the divide to ensure consumers have access to the resources and the knowledge, they need to make sound decisions and better their financial situations.
